HOTEL ROUTE-INN Osaka Takaishi Hagoromo Ekimae

The staff was kind, except for a single lady in the staff that was quite straightforward missing the minimum requirements when you deal with customers especially for Japanese (me and my wife use to live in Japan and my wife was herself working at the counter for a big hotel in odaiba, so we know what we are talking about). The rest of the staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was pretty much the same for most all the days with slight variation but tasty. My mistake was get a room for smokers when we don't smoke, I do actually didn't realise because for a while when I travel nowhere is permitted to smoke so simply I didn't took it in consideration, in Japan there still lots of place where is permitted to smoke and definitely that room was filled of tabacco smell, so for who read this review pay attention about it. The place was not even 2 minutes from the station plus is in between Namba and the airport so on our way back to the airport it took only 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport and 20 minutes straight to Namba and dotombori. There is also a cosy bath big enough for few guests at a time, that it was very welcome if you want to relax for a little after a long day trip. The bath for women is also protected by password so only woman can technically access requesting a password at the counter. Around you can be able to find few restaurants and a takoyaki shop at less the a minute form the hotel, family mart convenient store also very close. What to say more than it is a good value for money

The hotel room was clean. Check-in staff was very nice and professional. The hotel was in a very convenient location to the train station and the event location we were attending at Kura Sushi Stadium

Good location. The hotel has limited parking places, but it is easy to find a nearby temporary parking within walking distance. The hotel is good worthy of the price.
